For this Los Angeles incentive trip, we crammed five days full of LA-infused activities, a Brad Pitt sighting, and making the attendees themselves feel like true celebrities. Cue the faux paparazzi!

To welcome the attendees to Los Angeles, the group went on a tour of Paramount Pictures’ studio, including the New York Backlot, as seen in movies like Cloverfield and Breakfast at Tiffany’s, soundstages, and the prop warehouse, which is still full of memorabilia from movies like Interstellar, The Godfather, and Titanic. While driving through the lots, one of the tours even caught a glimpse of Brad Pitt – how’s that for an only-in-LA experience?

Popping Paparazzi
Many native Angelenos probably haven’t experienced all the activities packed into just five days. The options ranged from active (hiking Runyon Canyon and golf at Los Angeles National) to cultural (Getty Museum tours, electric-bike tours of Hollywood) to casual (catching a Dodger’s game, shopping on Rodeo Drive). It was a dizzying array of up to nine options a day, with 360DG coordinating all the logistics, transportation, and other DMC services of every single one.
To make this client’s star performers feel like A-list celebrities, the final gala dinner was turned into a mini-Golden Globes with paparazzi greeting each guest as they arrived and a red carpet that led to a night of dancing and celebrity look-alikes – there was Joan Rivers conducting red carpet interviews as they entered, then Dean Martin and Marilyn Monroe serenading guests over dinner.
