Since the Roaring Twenties, Deep Ellum has been dazzling Dallas with jazz, blues, rock, and alternative music and drawing crowds from across the country to its unique art-meets-industry setting. Now, for the new Roaring Twenties of the twenty-first century, Deep Ellum boasts more than 30 live music venues mixed in with tattoo parlors, businesses, and bars (check out the Black Swan Saloon, which has no menu – only expert mixologists). Don’t miss the live performances at the Bomb Factory or the laid-back patio at Backyard Dallas.
