Sign Spinners
Understanding a large-scale association can sometimes encounter budget challenges, we also selected this venue to save valuable dollars on transportation costs which were then reincorporated back into the guest experience via games, soft seating, and elements more memorable than motor coaches.
Although the venue was walkable from McCormick Place, the route included quite a few turns. We struck up an actual marching band to get everyone moving in the right direction, and then strategically placed professional sign spinners (it’s a thing!) along the way to help guide guests and build energy as they traversed toward the main event.
