Client wants a beach theme on the water? During this LA event, 360DG did more than just deliver on that desire by adding an edge of elegance to the often overdone theme.

Vintage wooden tables, chairs, and bars combined with the blue linens allowed the ocean view from the meadows to be mirrored in the tent. As this welcome dinner was a formal event, chic elements were brought in with up-lighting and blue velvet couches in the outdoor lounges.

Hours on the Green
Keeping 500 people entertained in between events can be a struggle for any DMC. 360DG overcame the task by splitting the group into five and bringing them to different SoCal activities like surfing, golfing, kayaking, whale watching, and a biking food tour.
Reusing some of the elements from the welcome dinner (like the tables, chairs, and color scheme), the night was given a casual vibe with a mix of blue and tie-dyed linens and fun beach ephemera like starfish, glass anemones, and tropical flowers.
When the ocean is within eyeshot, a little goes a long way to create a beachy atmosphere. Take a page out of 360DG’s book and keep it subtle with blue tones, occasional seashells or starfish, and out-of-the-box details like wildflowers that grow near the beach.
