Can’t get enough Hamilton? Neither can we! 360DG created an intimate evening with the cast featuring backstage secrets, an in-depth Q&A, and six live performances. Whether you’ve experienced the magic of Hamilton on Disney+, Broadway, or elsewhere one thing is for sure: the performances are powerful. Our Fortune 500 client wanted to forge meaningful connections with potential clients and investors. Their team assembled the top 20 candidates, invited them and their families, and we handled the rest! The result was an intimate evening with the cast of Hamilton that hit all of the right notes.

Now is the perfect time to bring the power of live events into your home! Attendees logged-on and joined incredibly talented Broadway performers to learn how they got their big break, the challenges of Hamilton, and how they maintain excellence performing around the world. Via the chat feature and our fabulous Digital Emcee, guests were able to ask questions for a truly interactive experience.

Performances
Our high-level production team elevated the experience in order to make guests feel as if they were sitting on stage with the members of the cast. Home streaming sets were delivered to each of the three actors’ homes to ensure a consistent look and sound quality for their performances. Using a green screen, actors performed their top two songs from the show in front of one of the actual Hamilton stage sets.
To leave a lasting impression on attendees, we created a custom “Zoombill” to kick off the event and get attendees excited about the experience. At the conclusion of the event, we followed up with branded thank you gifts featuring the book Hamilton by Ron Chernow, a Hamilton branded water bottle, a notebook, and a tote mailed directly to their doorstep.
Guests reveled in the amazing behind-the-scenes stories of how the actors came to be part of the Hamilton cast and funny situations they would get into on stage.
