An evening in Navy Pier’s Aon Grand Ballroom, constructed in 1916, offered a sense of Victorian grandeur and luxury to the event theme with its 80-foot domed ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which encircle the space.YOUR NEXT DESTINATION EVENT STARTS HERE
This large conference was conducted in two waves, with 400 people arriving at noon and another 550 departing shortly thereafter halfway through the week. 360DG managed the head-spinning logistics by utilizing 20 mini-coaches that shuttled people to and from designated pickup and drop-off points around the hotel and at two international airports.
Featuring 18 miles of lakefront paths and 570 (!) parks within the city limits, Chicago is second to none when it comes to corporate wellness options. 360DG took advantage of the city's resources and incorporated a 5K Fun Run as well as "Morning Mindfulness" sessions into this attendee experience.
Work with your DMC to consider alternative staging areas if logistics seem overwhelming.
