An Awe Inspiring Virtual Showcase Series

WANT YOUR EVENT TO BE A SUCCESS STORY?

Overview:

This Fortune 500 client was looking to end 2020 on a high note. We engaged and inspired their employees nationwide with this 12-part virtual event series. As 2020 came to a close, 360DG’s Fortune 500 client wanted to engage, celebrate and inspire their 8,000 employees across the US. 360DG rolled out the virtual red carpet with a four-part showcase (repeated thrice) featuring: a private dance lesson from Dancing with the Stars performers; a mind-blowing illusionist; a digital age magic show; and a virtual Broadway experience.

DIGITAL DECEPTION

“AlakaZoom” is the magic word! Digital Deception is a tech-savvy, two-man magic and mentalism act that engages guests with an entire repertoire of tricks and illusions that happen in the palm of the participants’ hands. This family-friendly event was the perfect way for our client to give back to their employees for their loyalty in 2020 when they were forced to work from home while playing the role of teacher, cook, therapist, and tech support.

A LUMINARY ILLUSIONIST

Our high-level production team elevated the experience in order to make guests feel as if they were sitting on stage with the members of the cast. Home streaming sets were delivered to each of the three actors’ homes to ensure a consistent look and sound quality for their performances. Using a green screen, actors performed their top two songs from the show in front of one of the actual Hamilton stage sets.

DANCING WITH THE STARS

Participants enjoyed a mix of dance performances, dancer backgrounds, and insider info. Dancing with the Stars' first-timer, Britt Stewart and reigning champ, Alan Bersten were happy to delivery. Both dancers made it to the semifinals on this season's Dancing with the Stars and their fancy footwork showed us just how they got there! This star-studded experience got participants on their feet and put smiles on their faces with a private dance lesson.

Our digital production team worked alongside our creative services team to seamlessly deliver these magical experiences. 360DG developed a secure registration website for 8,000 attendees, managed talent, executed run of show, wrote scripts, produced the broadcast platform, and moderated a live Q&A.
