Single-venue corporate events are so last year. This repeat client’s signature evening let attendees pick from one of three simultaneous exclusive events inspired by Los Angeles’s limelight, allowing them to write their own perfect Hollywood endings.

The first party’s setting was literally straight out of the movies: a New York street scene at Paramount Studios set the stage for a Top Chef culinary competition and Newsies-themed performers.

Rappelling Paperboys
Cirque du Soleil at the Santa Monica Pier got a lot more exclusive thanks to a special VIP area to watch the performance, complete with nature-themed food, drinks, and decor.
We took attendees into the members-only Magic Castle, a historic, tourist-free magicians’ clubhouse where the gourmet food was just as astonishing as the illusions.
Tip: Simultaneous off-site corporate events can become one united party through the use of live feeds, which we set up at each venue so this client’s employees didn’t miss any moments across town.
