This corporate event was for attendees of a Chicago food industry conference, so we had to find a venue that was nearby, adaptable, and willing to let us bring our own chefs into their kitchens.

Different Experiences
By alternating the event’s three seminars and three interactive cooking demonstrations on different floors of restaurant and party venue Carnivale, we could set up one event while another was happening.
The final transformation came during the nightcap: a Latin-spiced after-party that featured its own decor, furniture, deejay, aerialists, samba dancers, and other entertainment.
Tip: You don’t need multiple venues or days to create an event with several unique experiences, but if you only have 25 minutes between experiences like this event, you’ll need a space with multiple rooms.
