Guests were greeted on the hotel’s rustic tree-lined Forest Deck with a Western-themed entrance (adorned in old wagon wheels, bales of hay, saddles, and more), festive Texas-themed table settings, and stunning lakefront views. After-dinner activities – including conquering a mechanical bull – took place on the adjoining pool deck.

Mechanical Bull
In a nonstop, high-energy Olympic-circuit-style team-building event, employees were randomly assigned to teams and encouraged to work together to successfully complete various challenges – testing skills like communication, analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
The client’s brand colors were infused into a modernistic awards dinner, featuring design elements such as silver geometric patterned linens, sleek floral centerpieces, clear ghost chairs, and bright pops of orange.
