Bravo Top Chef finalist Chef Shirley Chung introduced 12 spouses of those involved in the corporate event to the kind of cooking demo (and then meal) most would only dream about. The lunch menu resulted in five dishes, each a new flavor experience for each participant, per Chung’s mixed culinary style.

Local Orange County experts took guests on various California park and beach tours of the destination, perhaps one of the most stunning being a tour of Laguna Beach’s famous art galleries where guests got to watch and interact with artists at work.
Among other interactive stations at the welcome event, guests got to blind-taste test three California wines to see if they could identify each. Those who guessed correctly were entered into a raffle to win the most expensive bottle.
