In a luxurious private festival straight out of a Hallmark movie, guests welcomed the harvest in style at a secluded barn in the middle of the Scottsdale desert. Opulent textures like velvet and chiffon in shades of burnt orange and sage green brought an elevated softness to rustic classics like worn wood, aged leather, and wool blankets. A country western band led line dancing lessons, bonfires roared, vintage wine carts and beer tap trucks flowed freely, and hot apple cider with all the fixings kept guests warm into the night. This upscale shindig was definitely not your typical harvest hoedown.

The 1966 Chevy panel truck in attendance was not only shockingly on theme with its vibrant retro orange hue, but was also equipped with five taps, making it a true event showpiece! With the ability to ‘tap anything,’ this beauty served up beers and ales from local Arizona brewmasters.

Arizona’s Wild West history came alive through activations like cowboy golf, lasso toss, cowboy hat toss, cowboy hook and ring, and rattlesnake roundup.
Small, locally sourced bouquets were sprinkled around the event, acting as both beautiful perimeter décor as well as a memento from the evening that guests could take home with them.
Everyone has heard of a rain plan, but what about a wind advisory plan? When working in a terrain as unpredictable as the desert, it’s a good idea to have a back-up plan for decor and event elements that are weather dependent. Working with an experienced DMC that keeps your event both safe and beautiful makes all the difference.
