Overview:
This large incentive group turned the 383-room Ojai Valley Inn & Spa into the set for a private five-day production, with 360DG directing the whole thing.

To kick off this extravagant week, 360DG transformed one of the resort’s three pools into a pasha’s palace, complete with belly dancers, a top-40-covering sitar player, fortune telling, and an acrobat who performed in a giant ball floating in the pool.

Group Activity Options/Day
While the events in this program were amazing, the most work went into keeping guests entertained between events. Two of the days featured 10 different group activities that brought guests all over the valley, ranging from beach BBQs to rock climbing to a tour of a retired Air Force One.
After a private food and wine festival courtesy of the Ojai Valley’s legendary farmers and artisan food producers at Topa Mountain Winery, the guests were brought back to the hotel where they were greeted by glow-in-the-dark electric violinists who led them to the golf course, which had been decked out in creative atmospheric lighting and lounges for a farewell concert.
