Alexandria Pizzoli, Cami Reid, Tracey Smith, Ashley Yanez, & Shannon Yarbrough are Named Directors at 360DG

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA, February 2024 – 360 Destination Group (360DG), is pleased to announce the promotions of key team members to Director positions – Alexandria Pizzoli to Director of Operations in New York, and Chicago; Cami Reid to Director of Employee Relations; Tracey Smith to Regional Director of Sales in Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara; Ashley Yanez hired as Director of Design & Development in Los Angeles and Northern California; and Shannon Yarbrough to Director of Sales in Orange County. These appointments underscore 360DG’s commitment to fostering talent from within and enhancing its leadership team to deliver exceptional service to clients across their 18 US markets.

Alexandria Pizzoli has been promoted to Director of Operations for New York and Chicago. “I’m thrilled for the opportunity to lead operations teams in two dynamic markets and tackle new challenges,” said Pizzoli. Formerly serving as the Operations Manager in New York, Pizzoli brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success to her new role. Melissa Cesario, General Manager, remarked, “Alexandria’s dedication and expertise make her the perfect fit for this role. We are confident that she will excel in leading our operations teams in both New York and Chicago.”

Cami Reid takes on the newly created position, Director of Employee Relations, leveraging her thorough knowledge in 360DG’s operations, sales, and human resources processes. “I’m honored to take on this role and look forward to fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment for our talented professionals,” commented Reid. As one of 360DG’s most tenured team members, she is well-informed on company processes, history, and industry best practices. Briana Hitt, Vice President of Human Resources, adds, “Cami’s commitment to creating a positive work environment and driving employee satisfaction align perfectly with our company values. We are excited to see her leadership positively impact our corporate culture and team.”

Tracey Smith was elevated to a Regional Director of Sales role, overseeing sales teams in Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead sales efforts in these vibrant markets and collaborate with our talented teams,” comments Smith. With over 16 years in the hospitality industry, Smith has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of client needs. Sahar Pearose, General Manager for the designated regions, stated, “Tracey’s passion for sales and her extensive industry knowledge make her a valuable asset to our team. We look forward to her continued success in driving sales and fostering client relationships.”

Ashley Yanez rejoins 360DG as the Director of Design & Development for Los Angeles and Northern California. “I’m excited to be back at 360DG and contribute to the growth and success of our design and development initiatives,” said Yanez. Yanez’s return to 360DG brings a wealth of experience gained from her previous roles, both in the DMC segment and as a corporate direct planner. Stefanie Hassan, General Manager, expressed, “We are thrilled to welcome Ashley back to the team. Her creativity and expertise will be instrumental in elevating our design and development offerings.”

Shannon Yarbrough has been appointed as Director of Sales for Orange County. “I’m excited to share my destination knowledge and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients,” said Yarbrough. With a strong background in events and sales spanning over two decades, Yarbrough is well-positioned to lead the sales team in Orange County. Sahar Pearose, General Manager, comments, “Shannon’s dedication and industry knowledge are invaluable assets to our organization. We are confident that she will continue to drive success in her new role.”
