As communities across our nation begin to feel the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to share with you the steps we’re taking at 360 Destination Group to support our Clients with their on-going programs and program changes while protecting the health and safety of our customers, attendees and associates, which is always our top priority. We’re closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19 in each of our destinations and, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization and applicable public health agencies, we’ve developed plans that will allow us to respond, communicate and adjust in a timely and appropriate manner.
We feel deeply for those who have been affected. Thankfully, as of now, we’re not aware of any client, associate, program attendee or vendor employee contracting COVID-19. 360 Destination Group has implemented guidelines that instruct any associate who may develop symptoms or come into contact with infected individuals to stay home, inform us immediately and follow the CDC’s instructions. Any vendor partner exhibiting such symptoms or attendee reporting symptoms will be a top priority. At this time, all of our offices and destinations are open for business and ready to meet the needs of our customers. If we become aware of any condition in any destination that would make it unsafe, please rest assured that we are prepared and willing to act with you in the very best interests of all parties involved.
