Next, Shelly Archer was asked to join a panel of fellow industry experts during November’s SITE SoCal Presents a 2020 Industry Case Study & How to Arrive at Happy in 2021. The group discussed case studies (and SUCCESS stories), as well as how they’ve dealt with the 2020 pandemic fallout.

Program complexity is increasing due to additional COVID protection measures and protocols.
