360 Destination Group Promotes Industry Leaders, Rachel Matsukawa & Krista Reifschneider
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA, July 2023 – 360 Destination Group has promoted two industry leaders to Director level roles from within the organization – Rachel Matsukawa has been named Director of Design and Development, and Krista Reifschneider is now Director of Global Business Design.
With 14 years in the hospitality industry under her belt, moving into a Director of Design and Development role was a natural next step for Rachel Matsukawa. “I’m looking forward to utilizing my expansive industry knowledge in a strategic way to help the company. That approach will allow me to formulate the most efficient processes and solutions for my team.” In her new position, she will oversee Design and Development Managers across three destinations – Arizona, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas. “Rachel is proactive, efficient, and forward-thinking, which makes her the ideal person to lead the design and development team. Her one-team mindset will prove effective in creating and refining processes across her destinations,” remarks Tina Martinez, 360DG VP of Design and Development.
For over 15 years, Krista Reifschneider has honed her skills in the hospitality industry, holding various roles in sales, proposal development, event design, operations, and customer service. Recently, Reifschneider has been working to streamline procedures for the GBD team at 360DG. “Refining processes can be a big task, and I love it everything about it. I look forward to continued contribution to the success of the GBD team, and I’m eager to build upon our progress in a new role.” As Director of Global Business Design, Reifschneider will focus on understanding clients’ holistic brand needs and strategic goals, creating consistencies across all destinations and adding elevated touches.
