We now find ourselves seeking a hospitality-oriented individual with a passion for events and great attention to detail to be the Strategic Account Management Coordinator for our national sales team!

As the STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR, you will…
- Manage professional Outlook calendars, coordinate schedules, plan appointments and activities when necessary.
- Use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Position includes independent decision making and authority within established policies and procedural guidelines. This may include interpreting policies, analyzing and resolving procedural problems, making recommendations, coordinating projects and setting priorities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality attention to detail.
- Be a detailed and forward-thinking communicator with a high level of professionalism when communicating in person, by email or by phone.
- Book travel, provide directions, provide documents as needed, and file all expenses for reimbursement.
- Compose and type correspondence, and emails.
- Assist with meeting preparation and follow up, including maintaining agendas, creating pre-meeting packets, taking notes if needed, distributing and checking on follow-up items.
- Organize existing documents as well as create organizational processes and new document templates as requested.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within tracking documents, CRM and SharePoint.
- Assist with SAM customer events as well as strategic partner events. (Manage RSVPs, customer communications, tracking and invoicing sponsors)
- Project manage our involvement with industry events (IMEX, FICP, SITE, MPI).
- Expense report support.
- Customer Relationship Building (research and send out customer gifts for SAM customers, write notecards, track all correspondence, tracking on social channels)
- Work closely with Marketing and Directors of Strategic Accounts for internal and external marketing pieces.

We are seeking someone with…
- Six or more years total work experience with a minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales process is a plus, but not required.
- Experience using computers, phones, copiers, smart phones, tablets, and other standard office equipment.
