We now find ourselves seeking a hospitality-oriented individual with a passion for event design and logistics to be 360 Destination Group’s Brand Event Planner! In this role, your main goal will be curating and executing strategic hotel and client events across the country! We are open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States, preferably California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Illinois, or New York.

As a BRAND EVENT PLANNER, you will be…
- Collaborating with the Strategic Account Management teams to design and develop a Strategic Account client event strategy that is aligned to our business goals.
- Planning strategic hotel events with partner hotels on a case-by-case basis.
- Collaborating and supporting large marquee company meetings, conventions and incentive trips.
- Creating and developing experiences that align with our brand values and showcase our services that appeal to target client audience and hotel partners.
- Researching and ideating unique concepts.
- Creating proposals according to brand standards.
- Creating, monitoring, and controlling event budgets.
- Researching, sourcing, contracting, and managing venues, speakers/entertainment, catering, décor and AV production suppliers.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team to develop and design event content, sponsorship documents, branded event collateral, invitations, signage and other marketing materials.
- Managing, invoicing and preparing hotel sponsor partners and collect relevant details for event attendance.
- Utilizing pre-cons to prepare and maximizing the impact of senior leadership and other partners participating in the event.
- Executing and overseeing all event operations, inclusive of creating schedule of services, field staff onboarding and management, and event execution, acting as the primary point-of-contact for the attendee and executive experience.
- Ensuring smooth run day execution and a best-in-class hospitality experience.
- Evaluating event outcomes against objectives and recommend areas for continued improvement.
- Traveling to all planned global client and hotel events (estimated travel is 1x/month).
- Supporting the vision, mission and guiding principles of 360DG.
- Observing applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
- Attending and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.

We are seeking someone with…
- Seven or more years of event management experience, experience with internal tradeshow and event management a plus.
- A creative vision, strong communications skills, and a passion for experiential events.
- Expertise in managing event vendors, partners, service providers and venues.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, attention to detail and a strong understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
- A “self-starter” mentality and thrives with creation, process identification and follow through.
- A collaborative partnership approach and the ability to work effectively on a cross-functional basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a hospitality mindset.
- Business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Creative problem solving skills and conclusive decision making skills.
- A willingness to travel or work evenings, as needed, to support events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
